An original gouache painting of an E31 840ci by Rae Roberts on 9x12” gouache paper. The E31 was and still is one of the most appreciated GT cars ever made. Though it is an absurdly large car in comparison to something like the E30 3 series, or even the E34 5 series, it is still an absolute beast of a performance car that blends BMW’s classic luxury with sport. It has a 4.4L M62 V8, which it notably shares with its sibling the E38 740i and iL trims. All painting proceeds will count towards the modification budget of Rae’s new E38 740iL.
